They are situated on the Mosi-Oa-Tunya Road, approximately half way between Livingstone Town and the magnificent Victoria Falls.

They do not provide extra beds or cots, and have strict rules as indicated above, regarding the maximum number of people per apartment. They only accept a minimum 2 night booking. They do not book their rooms back to back to ensure that full covid sanitizing protocols are in carried out, before the next arrival.


They do not recommend the Tower for children under 5years as it has 2 flights of internal stairs and a Turret with an external stairway.





The Livingstone Crocodile Park allows visitors a unique encounter with Africa’s iconic Nile crocodile! This is a safe haven for crocodiles that are regarded as a danger to local communities. They aim to inspire in our visitors a respect and understanding for the crocodile, spark a curiosity and awareness for the future. They educate visitors and local communities on crocodile behaviour and snake management in order to ensure the survival of the species and the well-being of the communities that live beside them. They are located just 10mins from Victoria Falls, open daily except Wednesday! Recommended duration of visit – approx. 1h30. All ages welcome!
