COVID- 19 safety and Sanitization guidelines At the Amanzi, we are committed to making sure that your safari is enjoyable as possible and therefore we have instituted the following protocols to increase protection for our clients. We request that all clients come with fabric facemasks, one for each day of the trip or that they wash them for reuse. We recommend cloth masks to help the environment. We also request that each client has their own individual hand-sanitiser which has the recommended min. alcohol content according to CDC and WHO recommendations and that they do not rely on it being available here. We have implemented numerous procedures and had plenty of time to train ourselves on measures to improve cleanliness, hygiene etc. Rest assured that our kitchens and laundries are of the highest standard. Clients should also each come with their own pair of binoculars and not borrow the guides. For most of our safaris in camp, we will be providing an individual stainless-steel water drinking bottle and we would request that all clients use these. We recommend that clients bring their own for the duration of the trip.

VEHICLE & BOATS • Each vehicle/ Boat will be thoroughly cleaned before each safari. This will be a proper clean that sanitises the fabrics on the chairs, as well as floors, holders for water bottles, books, door knobs and, fridges, picnic kits, tables chairs, steering wheel, dashboard, guide books. Everything that either the clients or the guide will touch during a their stay. • Again we recommend you bring your own small bottle of hand sanitiser that is specifically for you. The guide should have his own one, but in this case sharing is not caring. • During sundowner stops, the guide will endeavour to reduce to a minimum any direct contact between himself and yourselves and the food. The picnic kit will be washed with the utmost care.

GUIDE • Each guide will wear a facemask during the safari and will only remove it if the clients are comfortable with this. • The guides will assist in showing clients where hand washing is required or temperature checks during their stay. • Our guides will respect 1.5 m social distancing from clients during the safari. They will not shake hands or give a hug. • If the guide or a client exhibits any of the known corona-type symptoms, we will be contacted immediately and arrangements made. • The Guides will check their own temperature and keep records, every day of the safari.
